Gotu Kola is a plant with surprising medicinal properties.
Gotu Kola is very rich in antioxidants giving the plant anti-aging properties. In traditional Chinese medicine, it is considered "Elixir of long life".
A legend says that Li Ching-Yun, a famous herbalist of traditional Chinese medicine, would have lived 250 years thanks to this plant which he ate in large quantities every day.
